A variety that can be a bit hit and miss in Australia. In this case – a hit. This 100% northern Barossa Graciano. It appears the fruit has been picked just right, allowing the bright floral features to fully express themselves and the plate to deliver with a degree of effortless ease. There’s a fairly typical mix of rose water and Turkish Delight with spicy black fruit characters swirling throughout. Most attractive palate profile.Score: 93/100 Cellar: 8 years.
