Now this is a rosé that makes a statement. It’s as pale as pale can be after coming off skins in the blink of an eye. Half the wine is fermented in old oak and the rest in stainless steel. Barossa Grenache is ideal for this treatment as it contributes to a wine of texture and beautifully pleasing mouth feel. Crisp with light raspberry red fruits on the palate and a trace of fresh turned earth to add complexity.
