For our 2023 vintage, we decided to step away from our recent Sparkling Rose wines for a more traditional Blanc de Blancs, a throwback to our early 2000's sparkling wines under John Howarth. A fresh, crisp sparkling wine made from estate Chardonnay and finished in the Charmat Method, this beautiful Blanc de Blancs is sure to be a smash with family and friends (and easily recognisable under our new sparkling labels.)

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
