Mountain Flame Raspberry 375mL

This liqueur has a youthful, vibrant ruby red colour and brilliant appearance. The nose explodes with fresh raspberry aromas with a subtle background of fermentation characters derived from a neutral wine yeast.  The palate is sweet, almost cloying with rich fresh raspberry characters, balanced with a clean acid and alcohol finish.  The yeast fermenting characters are integrated well and add a slight complexity to the array of flavours. This liqueur wine has many uses and we recommend use as a flavour in champagne (‘Kir Royal’), serve chilled over ice cream, or consume as an after dinner beverage with your favourite coffee or chocolate.
