Cool ferment in stainless steel followed by 8 months maturation in new and 1yo French hogsheads. Ripe and peachy fruit through the bouquet and palate, with a seasoning of vanilla and spice from the oak. The freshness and generous flavour provide plenty of easy drinking appeal.
