Barossa Valley Silentium Sparkling Shiraz 2012

Select barrels from the Lotties Vineyard are set aside, aged in oak for three years and then individually bottle fermented and kept on yeast lees for two and a half years in the traditional méthode champenoise to produce this outstanding example of Barossa Sparkling Shiraz.

Aroma: fresh boysenberry, vanilla, spice
Palate: mousse, plum, bright, lively
Finish: chocolate, soft tannins, pepper
