About this product

Lightly coloured, this wine proves colour in Pinot Noir is not as important as other wines. There is a power to this wine. The colour is more a deep Rose. Bouquet of strawberry leading to raspberries. along with a background of fruit of the forest, rather than the dirty first floor often associated with Pinot Noir. The palate offers vibrant red berry flavours. that will build in the mid-palate over time, the finish a mix of cherry and plum and is generous and persistent.

With its wonderful balance, this is a food matching joy. Antipasto through to roasts the acid and flavours will carry this wine with style and dignity, but its true match is lamb.

Will age, if you can avoid drinking it, for 8-12 years.
