Grown in Kalgan WA, this Shiraz was fermented on skins using the wild yeast for 10 days then gently basket pressed. A small batch was aged in French oak for 4 months adding a complexity to the flavour. It has a lovely level of pepper, spice, blackberries and a smooth finish.
