Lifted fruit notes highlighting zesty citrus, pear, nectarine, and hints of honeysuckle. The palate is light but textured with balanced phenolics and nutty cashew notes, dry and savoury, balanced with crisp acid, great length. Fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel with some juice solids, blended and fined soon after ferment and held cold to retain freshness prior to filtering and bottle.
