This organic Shiraz Cabernet is the next step in the evolution of Thistle Hill and provides a lifted, fresh style with plenty of ripe berry fruit. The palate is soft and generous with plum and blackberry fruit and a long savoury finish. Enough oak present to know its there and keep a great balance to the fruit and finish. Definitely a great red meat wine and of course, red meat is best on a BBQ!
