Single vineyard fruit handcrafted using traditional winemaking techniques, basket pressed, barrel matured for 18 months. No filtering or fining produces a wine of true vineyard site character. Smooth and concentrated in flavour, a full-bodied red displays a purity of fruit layered gently across well-integrated oak characters with great structure and length.
