About this product

Also known as White Rum or Cane Spirit, this award-winning clear spirit fresh and floral, with hints of banana and citrus. It has been fermented from a base of sustainable 100% Australian Grade A Molasses, then double-distilled in New Norfolk Distillery's copper pot still and hydrated with Tasmanian mountain spring water.
Misty Valley Silver Cane Spirit is so smooth it can be enjoyed neat and chilled, or have some fun with it in a Mojito or Daiquiri.

As someone who appreciates new make spirit (not white rum as needs to be aged for min 2 years) and rum, this is the worst $90 I have ever spent. The spirit leaves a horrible texture in your mouth and tastes like stale, old, liquorice found
