Enjoy Australia's signature cake, the Lamington, in a glass! Mos Australis Lamington Liqueur combines notes of chocolate, vanilla and coconut, boosted with a dollop of strawberry jam.
Tasmanian grown strawberrries, cacao nibs and shaved coconut are macerated into New Norfolk Distillery's award-winning Cane Spirit to make this balanced liqueur.
Sip this over ice or drizzle it over ice-cream for dessert. Add some soda water or mix it into a boozy milkshake in summer. Share it on the verandah and celebrate what makes us uniquely Australian.

A marriage made in heaven, it's like sipping a lamington. Similar to the Bundaberg campfire rum limit edition lamington, but smoother.

This should have never been created! Lamingtons and alcohol do not go well together and this is the perfect example of that.
