Big, dry and peppery but not too spicy. Distilled with jalapeño, lime leaf, sage, rosemary and thyme, Big Dry lives up to its namesake. Intense and robust botanicals complemented by bold juniper notes create a warm mouth feel.

This gin for me is one of the best martini specialized gins going around! But I wouldn't skip on a Big Dry GnG either with some rosemary.

A lovely warmth, with a real jalapeno kick! Blown away by how perfect it was in a Martini, also enjoyed on the rocks and in G&T's.
