Dry, Medium Bodied style of Touriga Nacional & TempranilloThis traditional Portuguese blend of Touriga Nacional and Tempranillo is rich magenta with crimson hues and a hint of tar. It has aromas of ripe blackberries, raspberries, mint and dark plum. The palate is very savoury and succulent with elegant dark fruit, vibrant cherry and chocolate flavours, a spicy firm fullness, medium length and zesty berry finish. Perfect with slow cooked pork ribs and sticky sauce.
