Petit Manseng is a variety originating from the southern France, but now grown here in South Australia. The wine is pale yellow with fresh pome fruit characteristics when young, beautiful floral perfume which matures into a more floral bouquet with some age. The palate is very bright and fresh when young, with strong apple and pear flavours, complex soft texture and mineral acidity. Develops complexity with age.
