The palate is creamy textured, and has fresh acidity and stone fruit flavours, with hints of vanillin oak. A low oak profile makes the palate very bright and fresh. This delightfully harmonious and well-balanced wine pairs perfectly with white meat, buttery fish or a custard pear tart.
