Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Made with juice run-off (saignee method) ex crushed shiraz. Vivid pink; the wine is charged with intense red berry flavours, high acidity wrestling with a touch of sweetness - or is it just fruit? Excellent length.
