About this product

Daalgaal is an indulgent combination of floral Boobialla gin that has been infused with Illawarra Plums and naturally sweetened with native stingless bee honey. The dryness of the plums is balanced by the sweetness of the stingless bee honey, resulting in a refreshingly easy sipping gin. Enjoy on its own, or over ice with a wedge of lime.

My wife is the gin connoisseur in the family and she was certainly a fan of this one. Great on ice or with a splash of tonic. The Capi Native tonic with it was excellent.

Subtle Illawarra Plum flavour which is followed by a long finish of super unique stingless bee honey. Had the pleasure of meeting these guys directly at their distillery and got to taste the stingless bee honey directly, it is delicious! A
