Doesn't taste anything like standard gin, a completely unique, delicious native flavour. Very smooth, creamy mouthfeel and floral. Great in a martini or with soda. Overpowered by too much tonic. A delicate subtle flavour.

Tried this a couple of different ways including neat, in a martini, and a classic G+T but I could not find a way to make it work, it always came out tasting kind of musty/old cupboard and a little bit herbal. I looked at the producers web
