The contrast from one barrel to the next highlights the unique marriage between the raw materials and processes employed with the climate in Waco, Texas. Balcones Texas Single Malt Whisky ages in a variety of new & used American, French, and Hungarian oak barrels, all of which are candidates for the Single Barrel Private Selection Program. This variety in barrel character combined with copper pot distillation yield complex flavors with intense palate-density. Non-chill filtered, as always.
