This single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon produced by Cael’s Gate was made from vines plated in 1996. Cherries, plums and dark rich fruit delightfully expressed on the nose with floral notes and a hint of spice. Generously flavoursome on the palate, upfront and bold with a well balanced texture that lingers.
It’s delightfully expressed on the nose with blackcurrant, toasted spice, olive and rich floral aromas, followed by a generously flavoursome palate offering good weight and silky mouthfeel. Upfront and bold, displaying good grip and chalky persistency.
