This Saignée style Rosé goes well with sticky sweet pork ribs. Crispy skin duck with chinese scallion pancakes and quandong plum sauce. Fresh fruit platters and cheeseboards.
Our 2021 Rosé is a Saignée style Rosé. Saignée refers to the act of bleeding juice from crushed red grapes. The bleeding of the juice yields a pale coloured juice that is perfect for the production of flavoursome fuller style rose wines.
