About this product
There is a reason why Margaret River Chardonnay is revered not only in Australia but around the globe. A perfect regional combination of a maritime climate, ancient soils and fresh tempering ocean breezes combine to give an almost perfect set of conditions for growing great Chardonnay.
Bouquet: Our 2021 Flying Fish Cove Chardonnay shows the benefit of its Margaret River origins. Complex aromas of citrus, toasted oatmeal, and stonefruit, are enhanced by a soft toasted vanilla and warm spicy oak nuance seen from barrel fermentation and maturation in seasoned French oak barriques.
Colour: Pale straw
