Rich aroma of black cherry and cassis with hint of vanillin. Flavours of dark chocolate and plums are tasted in abundance on the palate. The finish is smooth and long lasting. Pair with slow cooked stews or mushroom risotto.

Very smooth with big flavours of black cherry and plums. No long bitter tannins. Just smooth and very enjoyable.
