The 2019 Vintage was perfect with low crops, small berries and a long growing season. The wine has typical Riesling characters with green herbs and sea spray on the nose. The palate has amazing lime cordial with some sherbet and mint. The citrus flavours flow through the palate and balanced with clean acidity it finishes long with abundant flavour and character. This wine drinks well now or if cellared well will age gracefully for many years.
