Dry, Medium Bodied style of ViognierPairs well with PastaViognier is in all essence of the word, bliss! A wonderful grape to work with, that requires a lot more of a hands-on approach when it comes to winemaking, to produce a serious style that has layers upon layers of texture, flavour and structure, whilst also maintaining freshness and vibrancy to make any wine lover and/or critics alike extremely excited. Ginger blossom, nectarine and peach are what we strive for in the flavour whilst providing intense length and good depth on the palate without being too clumsy by having a balanced freshness with firm acidity.
Viognier is in all essence of the word, bliss! Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Gorgeously fruited and fragrant, the wine shows apricot, Gala apple, nougat and hazelnut characters with a hint of spicy overtone. The concentrated palate offers terrific fruit weight and rounded texture, complemented by beautifully pitched acidity, finishing long and satisfying. At its best now to 2024.
