A wine that is poised and structured, offering you layers of red and dark cherry, hints of chocolate and liquorice, all elegantly rounded out by an intense spice and mineral complexity. Overall, a generous and dense palate that finishes with a firm, yet silky tannin structure and beautifully balanced acidity. A wine that will age gracefully well into the future.
Only 1200 bottles were produced. A mix of wild and inoculated ferments, however, all ferments were started wild. 10% of this wine is whole-bunch and matured for 14monts in barrel with 25% being 100% New French Oak.

Medium bodied red wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often medium in colour.
