THE REAL REVIEW
Very light yellow colour with a big creamy foaming mousse. The aroma is light and simple, fresh and clean and fruity, while the taste is again grapy-sweet and fruity, refreshing and alive, with more fruit flavour than the majority of proseccos. The residual sugar is neatly balanced.
