Dry, Medium Bodied style of ChardonnayRock Forest Vineyard is a cool climate vineyard on granite sand. The grapes are hand picked and fermented in steel vats with minimal intervention. The resulting wine is dry with a perfumed bouquet of melon and pear and a minerality that reflects the location. The flavour includes mild tannins and a hint of honey. A perfect accompaniment to cheese, salad or Asian food. Age characters will start to develop in 2-3 years.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
