Espadin Mezcal Artesanal 700mL

Herencia de Sanchez Mezcal Artesanal is a 100% Agave spirit, made from the Espadin variety of agave. The agave is crushed using the traditional Tahona method and distilled in a Copper Still under the guidance of Maestro Mezcalero Vicente Sanchez Parada. The liquid is distilled twice, to ensure the highest quality. This particular lot was produced in October 2021, and is limited to 4,500 bottles. It is a true representation of the traditional craftsmanship and terroir of Candelaria Yegole, Oaxaca. Tasting notes :
Nose: Earthy notes with subtle hints of wild flowers.
Palate: Delicate mesquite smoke, orange marmalade, and cut grass.
Finish: Complex, smooth, and balanced with ashy, charcoal, and grassy notes.
