A young dark rum from French independant bottler La Maison Du Whisky. This bottle makes up a part of their "Transcaribbean Rum Line", a series designed to showcase the flavours of the Caribbean region.
This bottle looks to develop the high ester flavours of Jamaican rum as well as the rich and fruity aromas from the Dominican Republic. It also goes one step further and encapsulates a roundness from Spanish-style spirit.
Notes of soft gingerbread and spice throughout this bottle, excellent for both cocktails and on the rocks sipping.
