Vibrant cool climate Chardonnay
From the exciting Tumbarumba region
Citrus, lime and stone fruit with fine acidity
Region: Tumbarumba, New South Wales
Colour: Pale straw yellow with green hues.
Nose: This Chardonnay shows citrus and peach characters with aromas of tropical fruits and integrated complex toasty oak overtones.
Palate: Vibrant flavours of citrus, lime and stonefruit. The palate is full with fine acidity and a long, crisp finish.
Oak: 12 months new & seasoned French oak.
Food Match: Creamy based pasta with lobster or crab, roast organic chicken.
Winemaker: Neil Doddridge / Adrian Brayne.
