Colour: Pale gold with green hues.
Nose: Tropical, citrus peel and melon aromas.
Palate: Clean, well balanced acidity with plenty of citrus & melon fruit flavours. This is a wine that has length and depth and this will continue to develop.
Oak: 1 & 2 yo French oak hogsheads
Food Match: Barbecue-seared fillet of tuna served with a horseradish and tomato relish.

Limestone Coast wine regions are widely sought after, premium grape growing region in South Australia. In the 1850's the ship "Lysander" brought many people to the shores of Australia from London. On one of its pioneering voyages she carried the Flint family to the coastal area which is now known as the Limestone Coast. Fortunately the Flint family have remained in the area and today Jeff Flint is the well respected vigneron for Lysander Wines. The Limestone Coast is now one of Australia's premium wine growing regions, featuring both old and newly established vineyards. Previous wines released from this region are recognised as being amongst the best in Australia.
