About this product


Colour : Pale straw yellow with green hues.                            
Nose : This Chardonnay shows citrus and peach characters with aromas of
tropical fruits and integrated complex toasty oak overtones.            
Palate : Vibrant flavours of citrus, lime and stonefruit. The palate is
full with fine acidity and a long, crisp finish.                        
Foods : Butter chicken, cream-based pastas or roast organic chicken.    
 
Selling Points : Drink now or cellar for several years.Not suitable for  
vegans, fish and milk products used.

Highlights : Fruit for this wine was grown in the exciting Tumbarumba    
wine region. Tumbarumba is one of Australia's coolest and most            
picturesque vineyard regions. The alpine climate is perfect cool climate  
Chardonnay's. The vineyards are planted in the foothills of the          
Australian Alps at elevation ranging between 500 and 800 metres. Soil    
types vary across the region from fertile basalt to soils formed from the
ancient granite rock dominating the region.
