Full bodied and oaky, yet has a degree of finesse and fine acid line that only comes from the beaut Eden Valley cool climate Chard we selected in the vineyard in 2019. It was barrel fermented with fruit solids to build texture and weight , left on yeast lees for 6 months , had a partial Malo lactic ferment conducted to build creaminess and shows a touch of roast cashew and butter from this process.
