Pinot Gris is Marlborough's other great white
Fresh, flavoursome and made for sipping in the sun
Not surprisingly, it's a great match for lobster

Region: Marlborough, New Zealand.

Colour: Pale yellow with salmon tints

Nose: Delicate but intense, it shows notes of lifted pear and fig.

Palate: Mouth filling, textural with hints of ripe pear and flint

Oak: Unoaked.

Food Match: Enjoy with lobster, other shellfish or fresh summer salads.

So good with seafood! Had it with a gutsy Working Girls Pasta (Jamie Oliver from a Gennaro recipe). Absolute cracker
I would recommend to a friend
