A classic Marlborough Sav Blanc
Punchy passionfruit and citrus characters
Incredible with fresh mussels
Region: Marlborough, New Zealand.
Colour: Pale straw with green hues.
Nose: Lifted citrus and guava with leafy undertones on the nose.
Palate: Fresh citrus and tropical aromas follow onto the juicy palate which is further complexed by a lovely grassy spine. Crisp and dry yet it finishes with a hint of sweetness on the lengthy finish.
Oak: Unoaked.
Food Match: Grilled haloumi with a squeeze of lemon.

Sauvignon Blanc - particularly from the Marlborough region, with its razor-sharp clarity and purity of varietal flavour - is the grape variety that single-handedly put New Zealand on the world wine map.
