Palate: A fresh fruit filled palate with tropical fruits balanced with crisp acidity and finishing with good persistence of flavour.

Oak: 9 months new and used French Oak hogsheads

Food Match: A goats cheese, pancetta and mushroom pizza.

Riversdale Estate is a small, boutique winery situated in Tasmania's Coal River Valley, just a short drive from Hobart, run by husband and wife winemaking team Ian and Wendy Roberts. Tasmania's cool climate is perfect for producing deeply-flavoured Sauvignon Blanc, and this one is no exception.
