Palate: This wine presents with intense flavour, crunchy texture, balanced by mouthwatering acidity. It is crisp and dry with a lively palate.
Oak: Nil
Drink Until: 2023
A very dry January and February put some pressures on the vineyards throughout the region. Thankfully our vines had large, healthy canopies that shaded the fruit from the heat. The warm growing season produced wines with intense flavour profiles.
After the bushfires raised our Adelaide Hills vineyard, our 2020 Pinot Grigio was sourced from our long term growers in a range of regions across South Australia. Each year we select individual parcels of fruit that best reflect the style of wine we are trying to produce.

Vintage 2020
91 points
An accurate rendition of pinot grigio on the racy, linear side, with citrus, crisp apple and crunchy nashi pear. Good intensity and carry. Not complex, but well made and refreshing.

Vintage 2020
93 points Wine Orbit
Offering lovely fruit purity and poise, the wine shows Granny Smith apple, fresh pear, white floral and green tea notes on the nose. The palate delivers excellent focus and elegant weight backed by bright acidity, finishing linear and brilliantly crisp. At its best: now to 2023.
