The fruit used to produce this Sauvignon Blanc was harvested during early morning hours to retain freshness. The wine was then cool fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by 4 months maturation on lees. This process led to the creation of a pale straw coloured wine. The fragrant nose emanates delicate citrus and stone fruit aromas, with fresh hints of mown grass evident in the backdrop. A sip of the wine offers intense flavours of tropical fruits and citrus. Vibrant mineral acidity combines with these wonderful characters to offer a generous mouthfeel, ending in a soft and captivating finale. Pair with poached chicken or seafood dishes like salt and pepper calamari. Enjoy now through to 2022 - best while young and vibrant.
