Outstanding Clare Valley Mataro
Rich cherry paired with spicy cedary oak
Lovely bramble and berry flavours

Region: Clare Valley, South Australia

Colour: Deep red with slight purple hue

Nose: Complex with concentrated blue berries and black berry aromas, spicy notes.

Palate: Cherry fruit flavours are paired with spicy cedary oak. Firm tannins add structure to the lifted fruit flavour. Lovely bramble and berry flavours. Long tannins with a long finish with slight powdery mouth feel.

Oak: New and used American oak barrels.

Food Match: Beef pot roast with rich gravy and mash.
