Palate: Full of flavour with lifted earthy plum and cherry fruit flavours well supported by fine chalky tannins on the persistent finish.
Oak: Matured in 1 and 2 year old French oak hogsheads.
Food Match: Herbed mushroom lamb chops and mash.
