This was the year he became the first player in test history to score a century and take 10 wickets in the same match. Now nurturing one of his other great passions in life, winemaking, he brings you this superb Coonowarra Cabernet Sauvignon in celebration of that year.
Colour: Intense, deep ruby with purple hues
Nose: Concentrated bramble, red plum, black cherry, cedar and earthy tapenade notes.
Palate: Full bodied, with a highly structured palate of balanced tannins, and a fine acidity. Great intensity, complexity and length. Great depth of rich fruit with black cherry, mulberry and aromatic cedar. Touches of mint, pepper and earthiness.
