Palate: A real mouthful of flavour, blackberry, blackcurrant and dark plum fruits balanced by fine grained almost sandy oak tannins. The finish is long and stylish.
Oak: French and American oak.
Food Match: Serve this wine with char-grilled kangaroo fillets with a spicy, chilli sauce.
