The bay leaf aroma gives the Margaret River origins away, instantly. The structure, savoury notes, currant, mulberry, dried plum and cassis notes all add to the story. This has regionality to its core, and, that's a very good thing if the region is the outstanding Margaret River, and the fruit is cabernet sauvignon!
