In mid-September we make a selection of the best Nero d'Avola grapes, which are picked by hand and then dried for three or four weeks. Once they have reached the right concentration, having lost about 30% of their weight, they are vinified. The rest of the Nero d'Avola grapes are picked when they are fully mature. After both wines have completed malolactic fermentation, we blend them together. The blended wine is then put into barrels.
Medal Tally: 1 Gold 2 Silver Medals
Other Awards: Gold Medal - Gilbert and Gaillard International Challenge 2019
Silver Medal - China Wine and Spirit Awards 2019
Silver Medal - Asia Wein Trophy 2019.
