Premium hand-picked fruit, crushed, destemmed and cold-soaked on skins prior to pressing to maximize flavour and colour. Matured on lees for 12 months.

The premium fruit used in the making of this delightful Yarra Valley rose has stood the test of time Amazingly, this vital wine retains a high degree of freshness of fruit whilst the few years in bottle have provided savouriness and allowed it to settle into a more complex, food friendly style, with more than a nod to southern Europe. Rosewater, strawberry and autumnal red apple along with a dried herb note make this a light wine worth pursuing. Drink it soon.
