Palate: The taste is round with a very pleasant slight acidic finish. When cool, this wine grows in the mouth, and after only a few seconds, it demonstrates a wonderful variety of jammy blackberries, blueberries, black cherries, and more. It has spicy, smoky flavors, along with sweeter tones of dark chocolate, baking spice, and vanilla bean.
Lovers of rich, fruit-forward reds like Shiraz, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon take note.

Food Match: The wine goes well with meat, roasts, cheeses, typical Mediterranean dishes, with tomatoes and paprika and fine herbs, such as thyme, oregano, rosemary, bay leaf and pepper.
