While the rest of Australia had a horror vintage in 2020, the Yarra Valley faired much better. Overall it was an excellent vintage, despite early concerns around smoke and disease pressure. Ultimately a mild year primarily driven by lighter, smaller bunches, with naturally high acidity, great flavour and vibrant colours across the board.
